• Location data — city or region inferred from your IP or explicitly provided during property search.
• User-generated content — reviews, messages to sellers, listing photos, and reservation notes.
• OTP verification records — phone numbers and expiry timestamps (OTP codes are deleted immediately after use).

• To authenticate you via phone OTP and manage your account.
• To display property listings and connect buyers with sellers.
• To process reservations and send related notifications.
• To personalise search results and AI-powered property recommendations.
• To send transactional messages — OTP codes, lead alerts, and reservation updates.
• To improve the Platform through usage analytics and performance monitoring.
• To detect fraud, enforce our Terms & Conditions, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share it with:

• Sellers & Agents — when you enquire about or reserve a listing, your name and contact number are shared with the relevant seller to facilitate follow-up.
• Service providers — cloud hosting (servers, databases), SMS/OTP delivery partners, and analytics tools. All are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only process data on our behalf.
• Legal authorities — when required by Indian law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the successor entity, who will be bound by this policy.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use the following types of cookies:

• Essential cookies — authentication session (pl_session) required for login. Cannot be disabled.
• Preference cookies — language selection and search settings. Stored for 30 days.
• Analytics cookies — anonymous usage data to understand how features are used.

We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies via your browser settings; disabling essential cookies will log you out.

6. Data Retention

• Lead & reservation records — minimum 3 years for audit and dispute purposes.
• OTP codes — deleted immediately after verification or expiry (5 minutes).
